Visit any Costco location and then head towards the Customer Service desk, or the optical center (both locations take care of gifts card requests). Show your actual card or present the 19-digit code then a rep will pull the balance in real-time. This option also permits users to ask questions using the card to make specific purchases, such as membership renewals or other pharmacy products.
