If you have not turned the mail feature on in the settings menu of your iOS device, then you would face problems while using iCloud email. To fix the iCloud email not working issue, go to your device's menu, choose “Settings" and turn the mail feature on for iCloud. If that doesn’t help, make sure that your device is connected to the internet.
